Grifols Engineering returns from Bio-Chicago

The most important Biotechnology fair in the world was held in Chicago from May 3 to 6. BIO International Convention is the single biggest event for the biotechnology industry and is attended by all the big names in the sector.

Grifols Engineering attended this year’s event with its own stand, as part of the Spanish pavilion, and was visited by Spain’s Minister for Industry, Miguel Sebastián.

The fair was a valuable event for Grifols Engineering, enabling the company to establish contacts with potential partners for the development of a new system for the aseptic bottling of batches of biotechnological products.

In particular, it provided the opportunity for Grifols Engineering to confirm a sales agreement with an American company for two automated lines for thawing and emptying ABO® plasma bottles.
