Personal data and minors

GRIFOLS will not obtain, use or inform about personal data of persons under 18 years of age without the previous consent of the person who has the parental custody granted through a direct contact.

Rights of Intellectual and/or Industrial Property

The photographs, logos, trademarks, videos, publications and contents that you will find in the Website are the exclusive property of GRIFOLS, who is the exclusive holder of all the exploitation rights of said information.
GRIFOLS prohibits users from the disclosure of the content and information provided without its previous and explicit consent.
In no event will you be able to change or use said intellectual or industrial property in such a way that its disclosure causes damages to GRIFOLS. GRIFOLS will claim compensation for the losses and damages derived from the illegal use of their intellectual property by third parties.

“Cookie” files

GRIFOLS uses the cookie technology when a user enters the Website. Our cookies are associated solely with an anonymous user and his/her computer. These cookies do not provide references that allow the full name of the user to be disclosed.
