Detail Engineering for CURAXYS

CURAXYS, a biotechnology company that researches, develops and produces biosimilars, has contracted GRIFOLS ENGINEERING to execute the detail engineering design services for constructing a multi-purpose biotechnology plant for clinical phase and manufactured products, situated in the Tecnobahía technological park in Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).

This highly significant phase of the project requires Grifols to focus on providing added value by contributing with crucial made to measure solutions and designs that are tailored to fit each different process bearing in mind the particular characteristics of the plant.

The detail engineering is based on the work resulting from the basic engineering. Important elements have been taken into consideration such as making future growth flexible and easy to carry out, and maximum compliance with applicable legislation and GMP.
